Q: What areas of the body are included in a massage?

A: In a full body massage, your therapist will start by massaging your back, shoulders and neck, then the legs, arms, hands and feet. Your treatment ends with a relaxing head and scalp massage.

Q. What do I wear for my massage?

A: Undress down to your level of comfort. Our massage therapists use proper draping techniques for your comfort, warmth, and privacy. Sheets are used to cover all the parts of the body that are not being worked on.

Q: What's the difference between Swedish and Deep Tissue massage?

A: Swedish massage uses long strokes and light-to-firm pressure to provide gentle relaxation. Deep tissue massage uses more pressure to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissues.
